How to Break the 6000mm/min Speed Limit
While using the Wizmaker L1 machine, some users have reported that the machine's speed is capped at 6000mm/min. Even when attempting to operate the machine at speeds of 8000mm/min, 10000mm/min, or higher, it consistently operates at 6000mm/min. This limitation is due to the default speed settings of our machine. Let's explore how to bypass the machine's inherent speed limit.
Firstly, this process should be performed with the Wizmaker connected to Lightburn software. Open the Lightburn software and click on "Machine Setting" under the "Edit" menu (Figure 1).

In the opened "Machine Setting" page, click on "Outputs setup" (Figure 2).

You can see that the values for "X Max rate (mm/min) ($110)" and "Y Max rate (mm/min) ($111)" are both set to 6000. This means that the machine's maximum speed is limited to 6000mm/min (Figure 3).

Therefore, you need to click on "X Max rate (mm/min) ($110)" and "Y Max rate (mm/min) ($111)" separately, change their values. For example, if you change them to 20000mm/min, then click "OK." The machine's maximum operating speed will be adjusted to 20000mm/min (Figure 4, Figure 5).

After making these changes, go back into the "Machine Setting" and "Outputs setup" page. You'll see that the values for "X Max rate (mm/min) ($110)" and "Y Max rate (mm/min) ($111)" have been successfully updated to 20000 (Figure 6). This means that the machine's maximum operating speed has now been successfully changed to 20000mm/min. From this point forward, you can set your desired speeds within the range of 20000mm/min.
